How do I secure my event date?

Please note: NWA Classic Car Rental requires a 50% deposit upon booking to secure your date. Your date will not be booked until this deposit is received.

When is payment due for my rental?

The initial deposit is due prior to securing your event date. The remaining 50% is due 30 days before your event date. If payment is not made within 30 days of event date, you may risk forfeiting your initial deposit.

What is your cancellation policy?

A cancellation letter must be received 30 days prior to your event date to cancel the reservation and receive a full refund. Cancellations less than 30 days will be charged 50% of the total rental contract.

Are deposits refundable?

Deposits are non-refundable unless unless otherwise stated in our cancellation policy.

Are food or drinks allowed in the car?

No food or drink is allowed inside the car at anytime with the exception of water with a lid. We want to keep our interior as clean as possible for future guests to enjoy.

How many passengers can we have?

The number of passengers is limited to four. This keeps your ride comfortable and safe.

What happens if the vehicle is damaged while I am renting it?

Renter of the car is accountable for all guests and passengers that ride in the vehicle. In the event of damage to the vehicle, the renter will be responsible for full restoration to the condition of the vehicle prior to the damage occurring.

What if my rental is not on time?

Late arrival caused by (but not limited to) breakdown of the vehicle in route or during the event, congested traffic, stormy weather, wrong pickup or drop off addresses will result in an adjusted rental fee. **NOTE: If mechanical breakdown occurs we provide a FULL REFUND.

What is the inclement weather policy?

NWA Classic Car Rental reserves the right to cancel vehicle transportation if severe
weather conditions occur (generally related to ice, snow, tornado, or serious flooding) during the scheduled event times or drive time to the event location. A 50% REFUND if vehicle is cancelled due to severe weather.

What if my check payment is insufficient?

Returned check fee is $35.00

I have a special request for my rental. Is that allowed?

Customer satisfaction is our main goal. We will do our best to fulfill special requests our client may have but such requests must be agreed upon prior to securing your rental date.

What if I violate the terms and conditions of my rental?

NWA Classic Car Rental has the right to terminate service at any time if the renter or guests do not adhere to all the terms and conditions. If early termination occurs due to the violation of these terms and conditions the renter WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND.
